CES personnel have specialized expertise in the investigations of  healthcare fraud, financial and econcomic fraud, pharmacy and prescription fraud, and drug diversion.

Healthcare Investigations

CES provides investigative services through partnerships on the  Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) ZPIC  and NBI MEDIC contracts.  CES investigators conduct investigations of fraud, waste and abuse in Medicare Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, DME and Home Health Care.

Financial Investigations

CES’ staff consists of experienced economic and financial crime investigators who are well versed in trade secret investigations, misappropriation of intellectual property matters, internal personnel issues, financial crime and other ecomomic matters.  CES personnel draw on years of investigative experience gained in FBI, DEA,  OIG, and police crimanal and civil investigations.

Computer Forensic

CES  staff include certified computer forensic examiners who are experts in the forensic examination of data within computer hard drives, email storage systems, recovery of deleted evidence and other aspects of computer forensics.  CES personnel have testified in Federal and State courts as well as providing reports and depositions in numerous matters.  CES computer forensic personnel have been recognized by the courts as experts and have testified as such.  CES has provided computer forensic and electronic discovery consulting services to numerous law firms and corporations including Google, Install Shield, Motorola, McDonalds, Countrywide, USG, Bank of America, Waste Management,  Chubb Insurance and numerous other firms.

CES computer forensic personnel have provided expert services in numerous civil mattters including trade secret, intellectual property, internal personnel matters and other areas of litigation.   CES computer forensic examiners have served as court appointed expert in several high profile corporate cases.
