Intelligence

CES has a strong background in intelligence issues both for the U.S. Government and for commercial enterprises.

Roger Morrison, CES Senior VP of Operations, certified by the ODNI as a Senior Intelligence Officer, was instrumental in growing the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTFs) and the National Joint Terrorism Task Force (NJTTF).  Mr. Morrison served as the Chief of the FBI’s 24/7 Global Operations, analysis and information fusion centers at the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) and FBI Headquarters.

Carl Florez, the President of CES, was one of the core creators of the National Drug Intelligence Center.   Mr. Florez developed many of the capabilities of the NDIC including the Document Exploitation and Computer Forensics programs and went on to operationalize and manage the Organizational Intelligence Division.  Mr. Florez was also critical in establishing the Los Angeles Joint Drug Intelligence Center as well as several other JDICs located throughout the U.S.

CES’s Intelligence services are a result of Mr. Florez and Mr. Morrison’s experiences and knowledge bases accumulated while in government service with the FBI.   Our analysts are drawn from the ranks of former government intelligence analysts and investigative personnel who have been through CES rigorous intelligence training program.

CES Intelligence and Investigative Analysts have extensive experience with:

  • Spatial and Geographic Analyses
  • Organizational Analyses
  • Intelligent Targeting
  • Strategic Analyses

CES utilizes cutting edge analytical tools like I2 and Orion Magic to fuse disparate sources of information from open source data to closed private databases into viable intelligence products.
