Job Description Summary: 
The Liaison will conduct evaluations of data and intelligence and identify fish and wildlife conservation emerging trends, analyze and communicate those trends appropriately.  
 
Duties/Responsibilities: 
Liaison will administer intelligence projects nationwide. 
Liaison will identify fish and wildlife conservation emerging trends, analyze and communicate those trends appropriately. 
Conduct evaluations of data and intelligence 
Evaluate a wide variety of systems and products the maximize intelligence exchange 
Perform travel throughout the U.S. and its territories as needed 
Use computer networking to monitor equipment and share information and data 
Train personnel as required; and receive training as necessary 
 
Required qualifications/skills: 
 
Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree  
Plus twenty (20) years of law enforcement intelligence experience such as be a prior chief of law enforcement with a state or federal conservation agency 
Active and cohesive relationships with National Association of Conservation Law Enforcement Chiefs (NACLEC) and Association of Fish and Wildlife Agents (AFWA). 
 
Other: 
The Liaison will be required to successfully pass the Fish & Wildlife Service background investigation process (NACI/Public Trust) to successfully obtain a PIV card. 
This is a part-time position. 
Work shall be performed in Northern Virginia area or remote.
